Our Mr. Matthias Kälin, Head of Service and Technical Development,
is your contact person when it comes to repairs or inquiries of a technical nature.

For our customers from Germany Mr. Müssig is available for warranty services and repairs as usual.
You can reach him on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 14.00 – 16.00 by phone +49 620 491 91 90

Regarding shipping, everything remains as usual.
You will receive your orders from the shipping center of the German post office without customs fees.
Of course, the costs for shipping remain unchanged.
Also concerning VAT for all customers outside of Switzerland there will be there will be no change.
