Produktbeschreibung – MD-Electronics:
Dank der eigenen Spritzgussfertigung ist es nun möglich auch komplexe Module zu fertigen –
wie z.B. einen vollelektrischen Entkuppler.
Der Formenbau ist abgeschlossen und die Einführung wird Ende August erfolgen.
Der Formfaktor des Entkuppler ist so klein, dass er in alle Spur G Fahrzeuge (auch Stainz) ohne Umarbeiten von Getrieben passt.
Der Haken kann manuell bedient werden und ist nicht fest verbaut.
Alle Komponenten sind leicht zugänglich und verschraubt und somit wartungsarm.
Das Antriebskonzept mit Druckplatte ermöglicht auch symmetrisches Entkuppeln.
Der Motor selbst ist inspiriert von Dyson.
Bei unserem Entkuppler wird ein digitaler Motor verwendet – sprich dieser Motor hat keine Bürsten und ist damit ultra robust.
Er kann sogar unter Wasser betrieben werden, hat keinen Verschleiß und keine Abnutzung und so viel Kraft,
das auf empfindliche Getriebe verzichtet werden kann.
Jedoch benötigt der Motor eine Steuerelektronik (DSP) welche in 3 Modi betrieben werden kann:
1. Digital direkt am Gleis ohne Fremddecoder
2. Über Kontakte an einem vorhandenen Decoder
3. Analog über Kontakte im Gleis
Damit ist es auch möglich, Entkuppelspaß in Wagen einzubauen ohne einen externen Decoder zu benötigen..
Zudem besitzt der Decoder noch 3 Schaltausgänge mit über 20 Effekten und Zeitsteueurngen z.B. für Steuerwagen.
Die Elektronik ist kaum größer als der Entkuppler und passt in jede Lok.
Durch das modulare Konzept gibt es den Entkuppler und die Elektronik einzeln.
Die Elektronik ist bereits produziert und verfügbar, nach Musterabnahme der Entkuppler gehen diese auch in die Fertigung.
Ein Set bestehet aus zwei Entkupplern und einer Elektronik.
Man kann Entkupplereinheiten und Elektroniken nach Bedarf auch einzeln bestellen.
Der Entkuppler wird einfach in die Elektronik gesteckt.
Durch das modulare System bietet sich der Entkuppler auch als Rangierkupplung für Wagen und Steuerwagen an.
Ebenso ist es möglich auch den Antriebsmotor einzeln zu bekommen.
Das Foto zeigt ein Muster der Testserie.
Die Serie wird in schwarz aus bewährtem glasfaserverstärktem Spritzguss gefertigt.

Thanks to our own injection molding production, it is now possible to manufacture complex modules –
such as an all-electric decoupler.
Mold construction has been completed and the launch will take place at the end of August.
The form factor of the uncoupler is so small that it fits into all Gauge vehicles (including Stainz) without reworking any gearboxes.
The hook can be operated manually and is not fixed.
All components are easily accessible and bolted together for low maintenance.
The drive concept with pressure plate also allows symmetrical uncoupling.
The motor itself is inspired by Dyson.
Our uncoupler uses a digital motor – meaning this motor has no brushes and is therefore ultra robust.
It can even be operated under water, has no wear and tear and so much power,
that sensitive gears can be dispensed with.
However, the engine requires control electronics (DSP) which can be operated in 3 modes:
1. digital directly on the track without a third party decoder
2. via contacts on an existing decoder
3. analog via contacts in the track
With this it is also possible to install uncoupling fun in cars without the need for an external decoder….
In addition, the decoder has 3 switching outputs with over 20 effects and timers e.g. for control cars.
The electronics is hardly bigger than the uncoupler and fits in every locomotive.
Due to the modular concept, the uncoupler and the electronics are available separately.
The electronics are already produced and available, after sample acceptance of the uncouplers they will also go into production.
One set consists of two uncouplers and one electronics.
It is also possible to order decoupler units and electronics separately.
The uncoupler is simply plugged into the electronics.
Due to the modular system, the uncoupler can also be used as a shunting coupler for cars and control cars.
It is also possible to get the drive motor separately.

The series is manufactured in black from proven glass fiber reinforced injection molding.
